Wayne Clarke, Senior Pastor and Chris Clarke, Pastor
Wayne Clarke has been Senior Pastor of Sabre Springs Foursquare Church since June 1992. His wife, Chris serves with him and both are Ordained Ministers of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel (ICFG). Sabre Springs Foursquare Church is now a teaching and healing para-church ministry called His Dwelling Place which is affiliated with and under the leadership of the Foursquare Church. Both are passionate about ministering to God's people and have counseled many in their capacity as pastors.

Wayne graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1963 and served 20 years in the submarine service. He was Commanding Officer of the USS Dolphin (AGSS 555) a deep diving research submarine. Chris graduated from San Diego State University in 1964 with a degree in Home Economics.

Wayne and Chris met a Point Loma High School in San Diego in 1957 and were married in December 1963. They have three grown children, all married and living in the San Diego area. Wayne and Chris are fortunate to have their children and spouses as well as seven grandchildren serving the Lord in San Diego.

Wayne and Chris received the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal savior in 1974 in Charleston, SC when Wayne was still in the Naval Service. Both Pastor Wayne and Chris Clarke have a passion to equip the saints - teaching and ministering health and healing to the body of Jesus Christ, the Church.

Rev. Earl Clampett, Jr. - Author, Jail Chaplain, Judge
As an ordained minister, Rev. Clampett graduated Magna Cum Laude from Life Bible College of the International Foursquare Gospel with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology. Rev. Clampett has a passion. This passion began early in his Christian walk as prophetic words identifying God's design for his ministry were spoken over him. The design involved that of a watchman who is to sound the alarm to the Lord's Church to 'make straight its path'. Somehow the good news of the New Testament has been turned upside down and inside out as taught over the last several decades. Unscriptural religious traditions crept in to warp and pervert the emphasis of the original Christian Gospels.

As a jail chaplain for nearly a decade, Rev. Clampett was able to present the Gospel of the soon-coming kingdom of God to inmates of the San Diego County jail system. Prisoners were instructed that the Salvation message of the Gospel included more than just the forgiveness of sin. They learned that Salvation also included empowerment from the Holy Spirit to crush the compulsion to continue rebelling against God's will in their lives. Prisoner behavior so dramatically changed that guards and staff inquired as to what was being taught to the inmates at church services and bible studies.

As a current judge and former attorney with a combined legal career extending nearly thirty years, Rev. Clampett has observed how God's eternal moral law continues to impact mankind and incorporates that into his teaching. Man is always under some degree of law. After the cross, mankind is under a new covenant to allow the writing of God's eternal moral law on the mind and heart of man.

As a college instructor, Rev. Clampett has taught both secular legal courses and Spanish bible college classes. His unique ability to synthesize and simplify complex legal concepts to simple eternal truths was developed over his lengthy teaching career. Dewayne Williams, Senior Pastor (Retired)
Dewayne is an Ordained Minister of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel (ICFG) who served as Senior Pastor of Main Street Church in Ramona, California for 12 years, and previous to that was Associate Pastor at New Life Assembly and Victory Chapel in Ramona. Dewayne and wife Annette have been married for 33 years, serving together in ministry.

Over 20 years ago, saved but not victorious in his Christian walk, Dewayne received an exciting touch from God, Who healed him and increased his hunger to know Jesus through His Word.  God deepened Dewayne's ministry in the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, and many have come forward at meetings and church services where the Lord meets them for salvation and with a special personal word of encouragement, word of knowledge, or a prophetic word. 

Gifted in teaching and counseling, Dewayne's strengths and passion are to minister one-on-one to couples and individuals who are seeking to know and do God's will and to mature in their Christian walk. Utilizing his extensive Bible teaching background, he has developed counseling and healing ministry curriculum.

Dewayne and wife Annette have two grown children and one grandchild, all of whom live in Ramona and serve in ministry.

Dutch, Ceci, daughters Sarah and Hannah along with their three dogs, make their home at the base of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado Springs.

He has served on the faculty of Christ for the Nations Institute, now serves as an instructor for Destiny Bible School and is a guest lecturer for Wagner Leadership Institute. He serves on many ministry boards and is a best selling author with Regal Books (a division of Gospel Light). He travels across America and other nations challenging believers for passionate prayer and world-changing revival.

He, his wife, Ceci, and their daughters, Sarah and Hannah, make their home in Colorado Springs.
