The Process of Ministry Small Group Workshop, Pastor Chris Clarke

Breakthrough healing ministry is available to those who have already attended a Christian Principles to Freedom Seminar. The seminar teaching is really phase I of your release from spiritual bondage. When you learn the Biblical principles presented in the seminar then you are ready for Phase II which enables you to identify the personal strongholds that have held you captive for so long. Phase II is your participation in the Process of Ministry Small Group Workshops.

The workshops are offered at the His Dwelling Place office and also at local churches and are considered vital follow up ministry to the seminar. Groups are assigned and meet in a comfortable, confidential setting. A leader plus an assistant minister to four individuals in the small group. Release and healing come from sharing within the small groups and then renouncing strongholds through prayer; coming out of agreement with them once and for all. Past participants tell us they have received emotional, physical and spiritual healing as a result of attending these workshops!

Not only do you receive healing ministry but you also get instructed in how to minister to others. You will learn how to use a ministry tool called The Arsenal to minister to yourself and others. The Arsenal is actually a flip chart type of reference publication that categorizes stronghold information, lists pertinent scriptures and prayers that address that issue very specifically. If you register for a Process of Ministry Small Group Workshop, please let us know what accommodations you may need (i.e. need to stand up, lay down, on a couch, etc.) or any other physical considerations. Also let us know where you attend church or fellowship as we try to place friends in separate groups to insure confidentiality. Format: Small group interactive workshop in a comfortable, confidential setting. The workshop meets for two, half-Saturdays meeting from 9:00am to 1:30pm. The workshop is also offered in another format which is done all on one Saturday from 9am to 5pm. The format depends on the Church venue. Cost of the workshop will vary depending on venue. Men and women meet in separate areas of venue. Price includes ministry tools. Refreshments provided.

The Covenant And The Kingdom, Senior Pastor Wayne Clarke

A six week course led by Pastor Wayne Clarke. The first half of the course is a study on how to develop a relationship with God based on covenant. Covenant is first of all the only basis for relationship with God and secondly, the only avenue to develop a relationship with God. In scripture the Lord says;

"You are My friends if you do whatever I command you. 'No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you'". John 15:14-15 (NKJV)

We have to go through a process, just like the disciples, to change our name from servant to friend. Understanding covenant will get you there. If you want to move to a place of friendship with God it will require you to learn and understand covenant.

The purpose of a covenant was for God to gather a people. God needed to gather a people to give them a kingdom so they could have dominion.

The purpose of all the history of mankind from God's point of view is to restore man to fellowship to God and that man would receive a kingdom and then God would give us dominion with that kingdom. The last part of the course will help you understand kingdom principles in order that you might have dominion through God. In the Old Testament (Covenant) men basically set of rules and regulations to try to prevent us from doing what our natural (sinful) nature wanted to do. In the New Testament (Covenant) what God wants to do is to empower us to do what our new (born again) nature wants to do.

Format: This six week, in-depth Bible study meets on Tuesday evenings at the His Dwelling Place office in Rancho Bernardo. Meeting dates and times are from 6:30pm to 8:30pm on September 9, 16, 23, 30th. And October 7 and 14th. The study meets in a small group setting. The cost is $60 which includes the teaching materials.

Becoming Who You Are, by author Pastor Dutch Sheets, D.D.
